competative gardening

We seem to have a computer virus or glitch which keeps me from being able to post, along with other annoying things.

Superwoman came back for a visit last Monday night when I painted, worked, painted, painted until 1:30am or later with Superman, back at the Hayward house, while the kids slept at Grammies.
She came out again when Superboy, aka Caleb, inspired us all to pull weeds on the side yard. Let me tell you, this really warrants pictures, because this is not a side-yard like we had in Hayward, and these are not weeds like we had in Hayward. Some weeds were as tall as Silas! This is now the site of Caleb and Malachi’s new garden. These are the mother of all weeds, and the side yard is 3-4X the size of my old yard. Caleb is a very determined person!

Have you ever heard of competitive gardening? Well Caleb has engaged in this sport. He is competing against me, Silas and Papa, to see who has the best garden. Not to be talked out of this venture, I am a competitor, whether I participate or not! Malachi asked Caleb to be in on his garden. Caleb shared 10 minutes of rules with him before extending the offer to allow Malachi help toil with him. He doesn’t want any lazy bones on his team.

Wanted: One Superwoman

Where did the Superwoman go who could push through any project, any time? I seem to have lost my superpowers.
Silas had a barky cough 2 nights ago, and was totally miserable. He’s looking better now. I’ve got the adult version of his cold, throat hurts, feel cruddy. It went to my lungs this time. Never have been susceptible in my lungs before, well, except for that open chest surgery. Please pray the others stay healthy!
Especially pray for Lawrence. He’s been putting so much time into the Hayward house, he’s really going to need to rest, and I don’t think that’s in his plans. His superpowers appear to be in effect still, long day, pushing, pushing. Pray for overall health for him, heart stay healthy, lungs, arteries, whatever God puts on your heart.

Hail from a new port

We've done it! Silas has turned three and our boxes are piling up in Fremont. Come check out the new place!

Plenty of fixing left to do, painting, drywall repair in the garage, misc stuff. Also need to move my king bed, and piano, any helpers willing to join us this weekend, email, call or come over!
